Regulations for the provisionof cosmetic services

1. General provisions

1. These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", define the rules for the use of cosmetic services provided at the Esthetique Clinic, located in Hilversum , s'gravelandseweg 4a 1211BR, 2. Clients of the Clinic are obliged to read the Regulations before commencing any cosmetic procedure, hereinafter referred to as the "Procedure".3. Joining the Procedure is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations. Each Client is obliged to comply directly with its provisions from the moment of joining the Treatment.

2. Customers

1. The client of the Clinic may be any adult natural person.2. It is allowed to use the Treatments by minors, with the express consent of their parent, guardian or statutory representative. The Clinic employee is entitled to request at any time the submission of an appropriate consent or to establish a connection with a person authorized to express it in order to confirm consent and to refuse to provide the Treatment in the absence of consent or refusal to express it.


3. Employees

1. Employees shall be adequately trained to work in their position and shall have all the required certificates, attestations and permits to work in a capacity appropriate to their position.2. The employee, before proceeding with the Procedure, is obliged to check the condition of his workplace and ensure that he has a stock of disposable and protective materials and sterilized instruments.
3. The employee, before starting the Treatment, is obliged to disinfect the workplace and reusable tools. The employee performs the same activities during the procedure, if he breaks its continuity and after the end of the Procedure.4. Employees of the Clinic are obliged to comply with health and safety regulations. 5. Any deviations from the above rules should be immediately reported to the owner, manager or other member of the Clinic staff who is currently on duty.

4. Hygiene and safety

1. Flat surfaces and other elements of the Clinic's equipment, with which the Client has no direct contact during the Procedure, are disinfected or sterilized at least once a day.2. Employees of the Clinic are obliged to perform systematic health examinations in order to eliminate any diseases, infections, diseases and ailments that could expose Clients to damage to health or transfer to Clients.3. In the event of injury to the Client during the Procedure, the place of injury is immediately disinfected and secured with a sterile dressing appropriate to the scale of the injury.5. Only disinfectants approved for use in a beauty salon are used in the Clinic.

5. Provision of cosmetic services

1. Before commencing the Procedure, the Employee conducts an interview with the Client in order to determine whether the Client's health condition, past or current diseases, as well as lifestyle do not constitute contraindications to the Procedure or pose a risk of side effects and to determine recommendations after the procedure.2. Each client is familiarized with contraindications, side effects and recommendations after the procedure, and when starting the Treatment is fully aware of them and accepts them. In the case of the most serious Treatments and complications, the Employee has the right to receive a written confirmation in this respect and refuse to perform the Procedure in the absence of the Client's will to make such a statement.3. Clients, before starting the Procedure, are obliged to notify the Employee about any ailments and contraindications that may affect the course of the Procedure, in particular about: heart disease, use of a pacemaker, cancer, inflammation in the acute phase, jaundice and other infectious diseases, pregnancy or the puerperal period, prostheses or IUDs (e.g. intrauterine), taking drugs that reduce blood clotting and non-standard reactions to the sight of blood or broken continuity of body tissues.4. Each time the Treatment is not performed in a series in which the intervals between subsequent Treatments are a maximum of 21 days or before the start of the next series, which occurs after a period longer than 14 days, the Client should confirm the validity of the interview and the information provided.5. The Client is obliged not to possess any jewellery during the Treatment. All valuables should be stored by the Customer at his responsibility.6. Clients are obliged to immediately inform the Employee about thedeterioration of their well-being during the Treatment.7. In case of doubts regarding the safety of the Procedure, the Employee may refuse to carry it out.8. The Employee has the right to refuse to carry out the Treatment also if he has doubts whether the Client plans to extort the Treatment and if he finds the Client being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Payment

1. The customer is obliged to pay for the cosmetic services provided. 2. The following payment methods are available at the Clinic: payment in cash at the cash desk, payment by credit card at the terminal, transfer to the account.3. The Clinic reserves the right to conduct temporary promotions for Treatments provided in the Clinic. The use of a reduced price or promotional offer may be subject to separate rules that will be made public. Customers who have incurred the full price of the Treatment are not entitled to any claims due to the promotion.4. The Clinic also offers Passes and Vouchers payable in advance, entitling to a certain number of Treatments at a specified time.

7. Liability

1. Customers are responsible for any damage to the Clinic's equipment without limitation. For damage caused by minors responsible their legal representatives.2. The Clinic is responsible for the outerwear entrusted for storage, if there is a separate place in the Clinic for leaving them or other things, if they have been explicitly accepted for safekeeping. However, the Clinic is not responsible for any items left in the outer garment or in the Clinic outside the places intended for leaving them, in particular valuables, bags, backpacks and handbags that the Client should keep with him.3. The Clinic is responsible for improper performance of the Procedure by the Employees.4. Failure of the Client to comply with the provisions of the Regulations or making false statements regarding his health condition and contraindications or in the interview results in the exclusion of the Clinic's liability for the Procedure performed.5. The Clinic is not responsible for the client's dissatisfaction with the final effect of the Treatment,
